SERHA’s Head Office Telephone Lines Have Been Disrupted Due to Damage Cable in the New Kingston Area

KINGSTON, Jamaica. January 5, 2024: The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) wishes to advise members of the public that we are still experiencing a disruption in our phone service at our head office due to a damaged cable in the New Kingston area since September 2023. We have already contacted our service provider, FLOW, to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

During this time, we kindly request your patience and understanding. In the meantime, please make use of alternative communication channels such as email or instant messaging to ensure uninterrupted workflow and effective collaboration.
