SERHA’s Head Office Telephone Lines Have Been Disrupted Due to Damage Cable in the New Kingston
KINGSTON, Jamaica. Thursday, September 21, 2023: The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) wishes to advise members of the public that we are currently experiencing a disruption in our phone service at our Head Office due to a damaged cable in the New Kingston area. We have already contacted our service provider, FLOW, who has assured us that they are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
During this time, we kindly request your patience and understanding. In the meantime, please make use of alternative communication channels such as email or instant messaging to ensure uninterrupted workflow and effective collaboration.
