SERHA Receives Food Packages from Huawei Technologies Jamaica

The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) which administrates public healthcare in Kingston and St. Andrew, St. Catherine and St. Thomas received 50 food packages that were donated by Huawei Technologies Jamaica. The packages were distributed to the frontline workers at the National Chest Hospital and the Bustamante Hospital for Children.


Mr. Wentworth Charles, Board Chairman, SERHA accepted the donation on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the Bustamante Hospital for Children, noting that the packages will benefit the healthcare workers as they continue the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.


Mr. Jesse Zhao, Public Relations Manager, Huawei Technologies Jamaica said that the company will be donating more food packages to the other major hospitals including the Linstead and the Princess Margaret Hospitals that falls under SERHA in the coming months.
