Spanish Town Hospital to Benefit from Sagicor SIGMA Run

Mr. Christopher Zacca (third right), President and CEO, Sagicor Group Jamaica, presented a cheque valued at $50,000,000.00 to Mr. Dwayne Francis (third left), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Spanish Town Hospital and Ms. Donna Harris (fourth left), Principal of St. Christopher’s School for the Deaf following the 20th anniversary staging of the Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run held on Sunday, February 18, 2018. Sharing in the handing over are CEO of Sagicor Bank, Chorvelle Johnson (second right); Executive Vice-President, Individual Life Insurance, Mark Chisholm (right); Mrs. Partice White (left), Fitness Coach and CEO, Dynamic Lifestyle and Davina Bennett (second left), Miss Jamaica Universe 2017.

The Spanish Town Hospital's Neonatal Care Unit and the St. Christopher's School for the Deaf were selected as the beneficiaries of this year's event. The money donated will be used to purchase several pieces of equipment to improve the delivery and quality of care for newborns and young children.
