Spanish Town Hospital Receives Equipment from Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run 2017

Minister of Health, Dr. the Hon. Christopher Tufton and Dr. Jacqueline Wright-James, Consultant, Head of Paediatric Department, Spanish Town Hospital examine medical equipment donated to the Spanish Town Hospital during the Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run Handover Ceremony held at the facility on November 29, 2017. Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run 2017 handed over medical equipment valued at fourteen Million Dollars (JS$14,000,000) to the Spanish Town Hospital Paediatric Special Care Unit. Among the equipment handed over was a  ventilator PB 840, which is the first for the Unit. Two signs were also mounted as well as a mural on the wall of the Unit. The Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run is in its 19th year and has contributed significantly to the health sector over the years.
