The South East Regional Health Authority through its Environmental Program certifies food handlers, food establishments, hotels and swimming pools. The certification program is done through the parish Health Department through which all applications and queries are to be routed. This site will list certified Food Establishments, Hotels and Swimming Pools. It will also outline the steps to be taken by the public to apply for these certifications.
