Shaggy and Sting Tour the Bustamante Hospital for Children

International Recording Artiste, Shaggy and Famous British, Rocker and Song Writer, Sting toured the Bustamante Hospital for Children (BHC) on Friday, January 05, 2018, before the sixth staging of the Shaggy and Friends charitable concert.

They visited the Accident and Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit and the Jamaica Children Heart Centre which is located on the hospital grounds.  During the tour,  Sting and Shaggy were joined by Jamaican Poet, Mutabaruka and Rapper, Wyclef Jean. This year, the Shaggy Make a Difference Foundation will focus on  raising funds at the concert to be held on Saturday, January 06, 2018 to purchase more beds for the hospital’s intensive care unit.

Mr. Anthony Wood, CEO, BHC said that Shaggy’s contribution to the hospital is very astounding. He also added that through the efforts of the foundation and the concert, significant improvements have been made to the quality of services provided by the hospital.
