Summary: Responsible for: • Developing and communicating, in conjunction with the Director HRM & IR, and subject to approved policies and procedures, appropriate personnel systems and procedures for the Authority and its staff. • Assist with Human Resources Planning & Budgeting and development of staff welfare programs tailored to the needs of the staff in each parish. • Coordinate the welfare functions within the region to ensure high levels of motivation. • Planning, organising and guiding the activities of the personnel Staff within the Region, to ensure that objectives are achieved and efficiency is maintained in the areas of Personnel administration. • Co-ordinate recruitment of staff to the Authority in line with budgeted and operational framework.
